New Guidelines On Obesity

For my healthcare colleagues, I hope you are counseling your patients and clients on maintaining a healthy weight. If not, message me and I can help you get started.
There are new guidelines for physicians to discuss obesity with their patients. One of these recommendations is for at least 14 health coaching sessions.I strive to make sure all of my health and wellness coaching clients have the best possible plan for them, and the tools to stick with that plan.
